By using Tekken Outfits you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They apply whether or not you have an account — browsing and downloading count.

Tekken Outfits is a free, fan-made site for sharing TEKKEN 8 outfits exported with the Tekken Outfits overlay, a mod for the PC version of the game. There is nothing to buy and no money involved anywhere. It is run in someone's spare time, so we may change, break, suspend or shut down any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

This is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Bandai Namco Entertainment. TEKKEN and all related names, characters and imagery are their trademarks and copyrights, used here only to identify the game the site is about.

Outfit files come from a third-party mod that reads and writes your game's customization data. Using any mod is your own decision and your own risk: it may stop working after a game update, it may conflict with the game's own terms of service, and we cannot promise anything about how the game's publisher treats accounts that use one.

Importing an outfit overwrites the slot you pick, so back your slots up first — see the backup guide. We are not responsible for lost outfits, corrupted save data, or any action taken against your game account.

One account per person — do not share accounts and do not create extra ones. Keep your login details to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading it, you give us permission to store it, show it and let other people download it through this site — which is the entire point of the site — for as long as you keep it here. Delete an outfit and that permission ends with it.

You are telling us, when you upload, that you are allowed to: that the banner image is yours or you have the right to use it, and that nothing you upload infringes anyone else's rights.

Names, descriptions, bios and banner images are public. Do not post:

• anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexual content involving minors;
• other people's personal information, or content that impersonates someone;
• artwork, screenshots or photos you do not have the right to use;
• advertising, spam, malware, or links to any of it.

Every banner image is reviewed by a moderator before it appears publicly. We can remove anything that breaks these rules without warning.

Do not abuse the service. That includes:

• automated access, bulk scraping or working around rate limits;
• trying to reach other people's accounts, our database, or anything else you have not been given access to;
• interfering with how the site runs, or with anyone else's use of it.

If something here breaks the rules, or uses your work without permission, email legal@tekken.fit with the outfit's link or share code and a sentence on what is wrong. Rights-holder takedown requests are honoured.

We can remove content and suspend or delete accounts at our discretion, particularly for breaking these rules. You can stop using the site at any time and delete your account, which deletes your uploads with it — see the Privacy policy.

Tekken Outfits is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available, that uploads will be preserved, or that a downloaded file will work in your game. Files here are uploaded by other players and we do not vet their contents. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of the site, the files you get from it, or the mod.

What we store and why is set out in the Privacy policy. The short version: what the site needs to work, no analytics and no tracking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute about them goes to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, that does not take away the protections your own country's mandatory consumer law gives you, or your right to bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
